Archicom sales down

Eurobuild CEE 30 January 2019
POLAND Archicom Group with sales of 1,370 units saw sales drop in 2018 by 4.3 pct y-o-y.

In Q4 alone 361 apartments were sold representing a y-o-y drop of 17.7 pct. Over 2018 the developer handed over a record 1,329 apartments to clients, up by 41.1 pct y-o-y. “The increase in residential prices over the last year or so has resulted in a fall in demand on the primary market by as much as 12 pct or more, which is why we are pleased with the year’s results for 2018,” says Krzysztof Andrulewicz, the CEO of Archicom. “In order to maintain stable sales, we need to have a diversified range of products, which is why, as we announced previously, have launched the next stages of our Olimpia Port project and we have begun apartment sales in our Nowe Żerniki project. Over 2019 we want to start further developments on all our markets and we plan to launch our first project in Kraków,” announces the CEO of Archicom. The developer currently has around 1,850 units available for sale in projects in Wrocław, Kraków, Łódź, Poznań and the Tri-City. In 2018 almost 1,250 apartments were put on sale. Currently the developer’s land bank allows for around 5,500 apartments to be constructed.
