WeWork triples space in Browary
We work already hass two other centres in Warsaw
POLAND WeWork has leased additional space in the Browary Warszawskie office complex in Warsaw’s Wola district under development by Echo Investment.

The company which moved into 5,500 sqm of space in the Biura przy Bramie building a few weeks ago, is now taking up ten floors in the fourteen-storey Biura przy Willi building. Eurobuild has established that the tenant is now to occupy over 15,000 sqm in the complex, which is enough space for around 3,000 people. “The inclusion of Browary Warszawskie in our Polish portfolio is a confirmation of our commitment to this market. We have recently opened our first centre in Browary Warszawskie and we are already looking forward to taking on more space in the new building, and welcoming more members to our community ,” says Mikhail Konoplev, the general manager, WeWork Central and Eastern Europe

This is the second large lease to be signed by WeWork over recent months. In August 2018 the company leased 14,000 sqm in the Mennica Legacy Tower complex, which is being constructed by Golub Gethouse in Warsaw’s Wola district.

Up until now WeWork has opened two centres in Warsaw including in Browary Warszawskie and the Cedet building in the city centre. The tenant was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
