DNB stays in Marynarska
DNB Bank leases 3,000 sqm in Marynarska Point II in Warsaw
POLAND DNB Bank Polska has renewed its 3,000 sqm lease agreement at Marynarska Point II on ul. Postępu in Warsaw.
JLL represented the tenant during the negotiations.
“We are pleased that once again we have been able to support DNB Bank Polska in renegotiating its lease agreement in the Marynarska Point II building. The transaction shows that existing buildings can still encourage tenants to stay in a given location, by offering not only attractive lease terms, but also flexibility and a range of facilities inside such buildings,” stated Izabela Ciszewska, a director at JLL.

“The renewal of the current agreement on the one hand addresses the current needs of the bank, and on the other, supports the sustainable development of our operations in Poland. It gives us the opportunity to focus on the important tasks that our organisation will face in the near future,” added Piotr Juśkiewicz, the head of procurement at, DNB.
