Fresh faces for Factory
Retail & leisureNeinver, the owner of the centres, has revealed that these include Italian brand Boxeur des Rues, which has opened its first lifestyle clothing store on the Polish market in Factory Poznań. More stores of the brand will be appearing in the chain’s outlet centres in Kraków and Warsaw's Annopol district. Boxeur des Rues, which is already present in other Neinver’s outlet centres across Europe, sells women’s and men’s clothes as well as training gear.
“We carefully monitor shopping habits and customer expectations, so that the changes we are introducing will be reflected in increases in footfall as well as the sales in our tenants’ stores. This year will be marked by interesting debuts of fashion outlet brands in our stores in Poland,” claims Agnieszka Baczyńska, the international leasing director at Neinver.
“We value our cooperation with experienced and proven partners, which is why we chose Neinver’s centres to enter the Polish market. This country’s outlet centre market has enormous potential and the premium product segment has been taking up more and more space in the centres,” adds Edoardo De Ponti, the CEO of Boxeur des Rues.
Meanwhile, Gant’s first outlet store in Poland was opened on 100 sqm in Warsaw's Factory Ursus, offering premium women’s and men’s fashion. An Only brand store has also opened in this building featuring its latest format, with a wall imitating an ocean container. It will be joined by jewellery brand Yes and a Kuchnia Marche Restaurant in the next few weeks.
Factory Poznań, which has just been refurbished, has also gained the following brands: Geox, Calvin Klein, Tom Tailor and Guess Accessories.
Jack Wolfskin and Reebok as well as Guess Accessories are to open in Factory Annopol, where under Armor & Keen and Drogeria Spa have recently opened. Regatta and Volcano stores have also enlarged their stores, while New Balance is to do the same. In addition, the So! Coffee café will open with a new layout that offers greater access for the disabled. An expanded Tommy Hilfiger brand (now more than 400 sqm) also re-opened. S Converse is another brand that will be appearing for the first time in Factory Annopol in the next few months.
Factory’s Polish chain comprises outlet centres in Warsaw (Ursus and Annopol), Kraków and Poznań. Neinver manages 18 outlet centres and five parks in six European countries: France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Spain and the Netherlands.
