POLAND CitySpace is to open co-working space arranged in five cargo containers with the Galeria Młociny complex. In Q3 2019, a co-working space with 60 desks and meeting rooms is also to be added alongside the cargo containers.

Until now the operator has managed over 14,000 sqm of space in 8 location in Warsaw, Gdańsk, Wrocław, Katowice and Kraków with over 1,700 workstations in total.

The interiors have been designed by the Medusa Group.

“By locating a co-working facility at GaleriaMłociny we will show that workspace does not have to be located only in office buildings. CitySpace Club Młociny invites everyone to make use of its desks and provides what is important at work and after hours is in one place. What's more special is that we are talking about an address with excellent transportation, access to the metro and also one that it is located in a young district that is developing very quickly, in which office competition is practically non-existent,” says Lisa Zettlin the head of business development CitySpace.

The Galeria Młociny mall is to be opened on 23rd May 2019. It is owned by EPP (with a 70 pct stake) and Echo Investment (30 pct).
