POLAND Brökelmann is building an aluminium and steel processing plant with 18,500 sqm of warehouse and production space. The completion of construction is planned for the beginning of December this year. The project is being managed and supervised by Axi Immo.

Brökelmann has been operating on the Polish market for over 20 years and since 2011, it has been its headquartered in the Opole Logistics Center.

The factory is to be built of a 6 ha plot on ul. Arka Bożki. The project is also to include 2,500 sqm of office space.

"When planning its new production plant, Brökelmann Polska wanted to stay in Opole because of its employees and its good relations with the local authorities. I am glad that we have managed to find the right plot, where the project could be planned out in detail. The new plant will increase the company's production and storage capacity and increase the efficiency of its operating space and its production,” comments Marek Kosielski, the BTS department director at AXI IMMO.

The cost of the investment is estimated at PLN 82 million and the general contractor is Adamietz from Strzelce Opolskie.
