Second topping out at The Hub
The Warsaw HUB will comprise a useable area of 113,000 sqm

POLAND Construction work on the second tower of The Warsaw HUB office complex under development in Warsaw’s Wola district by Ghelamco and has been topped.

Eventually the Warsaw Hub will comprise three towers including an 86m hotel building and two office towers of 130m. Ghelamco Poland is acting as the general contractor and the last tower is to be topped off in July. The final completion date for the project has been set for Q1 2020.

“The Warsaw Hub will have everything which is needed for modern business to operate and at the same time will be open to the city and its residents. The skyscrapers will have direct access to the Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station via an underground tunnel which will also lead to a shopping gallery where Warsaw’s residents will be able to do their daily shopping, have dinner, and get in shape at a fitness centre. We will soon be announcing the tenants that will enrich the services of this part of The Warsaw HUB,” says Jarosław Zagórski, the commercial and business development director, at Ghelamco Poland.

The Warsaw Hub will comprise a useable area of 113,000 sqm. The hotel section of 430 rooms is to be operated by Holiday Inn Express and the first Crowne Plaza in Poland. The centre’s office tenants will include Getin Noble Bank and Standard Chartered.
