POLAND Flexible office space provider CitySpace, will expand its lease in the third building of the O3 Business Campus in Kraków.

A total of 250 new workstations are to be opened in October with a further 250 in the spring of 2020.

CitySpace will lease a total of 3,500 sqm on two floors. The interior design of the space is by the Medusa group. “For over two years, our office at O3 Business Campus has remained mostly occupied, which demonstrates not only the quality of the building, and its perfect location, but also the high level of customer satisfaction in the complex and the professional services we offer at CitySpace. The new space will allow us to improve the comfort of our tenants and to invite new clients for whom we previously had no space. With this expansion, we will improve the fit out of our office and create a space that encourages interaction, collaboration and creativity” says Sebastian Rączkowski, the managing director of CitySpace.

The O3 Business Campus complex was built by Echo Investment and consists of three twelve-storey A-class buildings with a total leasable area of 57,000 sqm. The first two buildings are owned by EPP, and the third is subject to a preliminary sales agreement between Echo Investment and EPP.
