Accolade plans Slovakian debut
The completion of the projects is planned for the first half of 2020

SLOVAKIA Czech investment firm Accolade is planning to build two warehouses of 15,890 sqm and 19,850 sqm on a 7.5 ha site near Košice airport in an investment of CZK 750 mln (app. EUR 30 mln).

This will be the fourth country where Accolade operates with the firm having already entered the Czech Republic, Poland and also Germany, where it announced projects in Alsdorf and Bochum last February. “Just as in Poland and Germany, we are focusing on a strategically well-placed location,” commented Milan Kratina, the CEO of Accolade.
