Banca Comercială Română to move to Business Garden
Business Garden Bucharest is three buildings with 43,000 sqm
ROMANIA Erste Group subsidiary Comercială Română (BCR) is to move its headquarters to Business Garden Bucharest in 2020 with a lease of 14,000 sqm.

The recently completed project is now 65 pct leased. Business Garden Bucharest comprises three LEED ‘Platinum’ pre-certified office buildings with an area of 43,000 sqm next to the Carrefour Orhideea shopping centre. Around 30 pct of the development sits has been set aside as a garden area.

“Business Garden Bucharest is the first development of its type that we have delivered in Romania and we are very pleased that BCR has decided to join our community,” says Antoniu Panait, the managing director of Vastint Romania.
