Centrum Krakov sold
Centrum Krakov in Prague first opened in 2013
CZECH REPUBLIC Wood & Company has acquired the Centrum Krakov mall in Prague. The sellers were the Syner Group as well as private investors Petr Syrovátko and Karel Zetka.

Although the deal value is undisclosed, Dentons, who represented the buyer, claims it to be one of the largest retail transactions closed on the Czech market this year.

Wood & Company now has a retail portfolio valued at over EUR 206 mln.

Opened in 2013, the Krakov shopping centre has around 15000 sqm of retail space on three storeys floors. It currently has 70 units and is almost 100 pct leased. The building also has 300 parking spaces including charging stations for electric vehicles, and has a footfall of over 4 mln visitors annually. The deal was financed by Česká spořitelna, who were advised by Kinstellar
