Ogrody more kiddy-friendly
The shopping centre in Elbląg opened in 2006 and was last extended four years ago

POLAND A 5.10.15 children’s goods store has opened in the Ogrody shopping centre in Elbląg.

This is the latest addition to the children’s products range in the centre, joining Smyk and Coccodrillo, while the Pepco, TK Maxx, Empik and Carrefour stores in Ogrody also offer products for families and children.

“Our Kinderplaneta playroom and the Fun Park games room are also very popular. We have several cafés among our F&B tenants with dessert menus that are also very popular with families,” insists Sandra Gieda, the marketing manager of the centre.

The building is currently under reconstruction. A play area for toddlers and a rest area for their carers are to be created on the ground floor while the enlarged food court will also include a play corner and a special place for preparing meals for small children.

Ogrody was opened in 2002 and enlarged four years ago. The usable area of the centre currently amounts to 42,000 sqm, with 110 retail and service units as well as restaurants on two levels, a cinema complex, a fitness club and a three-level car park. CBRE is the manager of the shopping centre, which is owned by CPI Property Group Poland.
