Varso 2 topped off
BGK is to be one of the main tenants of the building

POLAND HB Reavis has topped off the Varso 2 office tower, which is under construction in central of Warsaw.

The building, which has been designed by HRA Architects, has now reached its target height of 90m. The developer has revealed that the first few companies will move in next spring, with Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK) to be one of the main tenants of the building.

Varso 2 forms part of the Varso Place complex, which will contain 144,000 sqm of leasable space. The completion of the two smaller buildings, along with the shopping arcade, has also been scheduled for next year. The 53-storey Varso Tower, with a viewing terrace, restaurant and bar at a height of 230m, is to be ready a year later.
