Echo looks to the Fuzja
The apartments (which can be combined) range from 29 sqm to 111 sqm

POLAND Echo Investment has started selling the 149 apartments in the second residential building of its Fuzja mixed-use development, situated within the former Karol Scheibler textile plant in Łódź.

Work is now underway on the first stage of complex: two five-storey residential buildings with 274 apartments. The apartments on offer are between 29 sqm and 111 sqm, but these can be combined. There will also be 227 underground parking spaces and storage rooms for the residents. Retail and services premises are to be located on the ground floor. A public square in front of the power plant of the factory is to created in the first stage, which will be accessible from ul. Tymienieckiego, while the power plant’s façade is also to be restored.

“We are now offering apartments in the second residential building, which should be ready by the end of next year. The first residents will be able to move in at the beginning of 2021. Fuzja is something more than a typical housing estate. It’s a place that will connect everyone through its friendly open space where everyone will be able to live, work and spend free time with their loved ones. We want it to be a comfortable place to live. That’s why we are combining a variety of functions: apartments, offices, services – including shops and restaurants. We are also providing city squares, alleys and green areas. In the apartments, the buildings and throughout Fuzja as a whole, we are introducing several other features and amenities for their users, such as smart living systems, electric car chargers and car-sharing services,” reveals Dawid Wrona, the director of apartment sales at Echo Investment.

In subsequent stages of Fuzja, office space and other residential buildings are to be built, while the revitalised historic buildings will be transformed into restaurants and shops. Green recreational areas are also to be created.
