Elit has been in the P3 park outside Bucharest for the last six years
ROMANIA Auto parts distributor ELIT Romania has renewed its 8,500 sqm warehouse lease as well as 1,300 sqm of office space in the P3 Bucharest A1 park, where it has been since 2013.

“We are pleased to continue our partnership with ELIT Romania, a very important client that has been active in the P3 Bucharest A1 park for over six years. We partner them both in Romania and in the Czech Republic and respond to their needs and requirements. Since we are located in a strategic spot for ELIT’s type of business, we aim to support their development within the P3 community, so we are arranging additional office space and a special docking system that will increase the efficiency of the deliveries and improve the usage of the space,” says Sînziana Pardhan, the managing director of P3 in Romania.

P3 Bucharest Park is the largest mixed-use park in Bucharest, with 380,000 sqm across 14 warehouses and a land bank on which a further 100,000 sqm could be developed.
