Strong growth for Dom Development

POLAND Over the first three quarters of the year, Dom Development recorded sales revenues of over PLN 1.154 mln (up 28 pct y-o-y) and a net profit of PLN 170.3 mln (up 73 pct) year-on-year).

Over the period, the developer sold 2,699 units and handed over 2,494 units. The company started the construction of 2,625 units in 33 projects and at the end of the period it had 5,401 units under construction in 59 projects. Since the beginning of the year the developer has spent around PLN 350 mln on land purchases, and by the end of this year the company will have spent app. PLN 100 mln, mainly in Warsaw. Dom Development is soon to announce two more projects in Warsaw – Szeligowska in the Chrzanów sidtrict with 132 apartments and the Stanisława Augusta project with 110 apartments near Skaryszewski Park. It is also to launch the Atrium estate project in Gdańsk with 1,200 apartments and two new residential estates are planned in Wrocław: Buforowa (553 units) and Kustronia (144 apartments).

“A strong demand for our products persists on all our markets. We continue to maximise margins along with strongly growing revenues,” commented Jarosław Szanajca, the CEO of Dom Development.
