Karuzela stone laid in Ełk
The centre in Ełk will cost over PLN 100 mln to build
POLAND The foundation stone was laid for the Karuzela shopping centre in Ełk on Tuesday December 10th.

The centre, which is being devloped by Karuzela Holding and Mitiska REIM, is to open in Q4 2020. The general contractor is CFE. “The Karuzela centre in Ełk is our first joint project with Mitiska REIM in Poland. We are developin an interesting format for the centre that is sure to meet the needs of the people of Ełk,” says Grzegorz Pękalski, the CEO at Karuzela Holding.

A complex of buildings is being built with an area of over 21,000 sqm next to a large format Castorama store. The new centre will have over 30 stores including a Bi1 hypermarket, a brand owned by Auchan franchisee Scheiver. The tenants will include Sinsay, Cropp, House, CCC, KIK, Pepco, and Media Expert. The investment costs come to over PLN 100 mln.
