POLAND Immofinanz, one of the largest investors on the Warsaw office market, has retained the property management services of the Polish division of Dutch-based MVGM for its office portfolio of in the city.

Immofinanz’s portfolio comprises twelve office properties with a total of twenty-three buildings and app. 350,000 sqm of total leasable space. These include The Warsaw Spire (building A), Empark Mokotów Business Park (nine buildings), Myhive Park Postępu (four buildings), Myhive IO-1, Myhive Crown Tower, Myhive Crown Point, Myhive Equator, Myhive Gate Zachodnia, Myhive Nimbus, Cybernetyki Office Center, Bokserska Office Center and Taifun.

“The projects in Immofinanz’s portfolio are some of the most recognisable office addresses in Warsaw, including such prestigious and unique addresses as The Warsaw Spire. Apart from comfortable working conditions, environmental features and convenient locations, an important distinguishing feature of the buildings is also that they have formed perfectly functioning tenant communities. This can be clearly seen with Myhive, a unique concept in this country that transforms the office building from being just a workplace into a space for personal development and spending free time. Under the contract, MVGM is responsible for the full spectrum of property management services, which includes maintaining relationships with tenants, financial support for investments and the supervision of technical, operational and administrative issues.

“Since MVGM’s entry into Poland, we have focus not only on the impressive growth of the portfolio of properties managed by us, but first of all on maintaining excellent relations with existing clients. We are all the more happy to continue working with Immofinanz, a leading player on the European office market, which reflects their confidence in our experience and competences in terms of managing large portfolios of modern and complex commercial properties,” claims Łukasz Mazurczak, the director of the office and warehouse management department at MVGM in Poland.
