The complex in Pobierowo will feature a roof-top swimming pool

POLAND Belgian investor Fenixco has started the construction of the Pinea holiday complex in the north-western coastal town of Pobierowo.

Pinea is to be a spa and hotel complex consisting of three connected buildings with 175 holiday apartments and a Hilton Garden Inn hotel. The apartments will range from 26 sqm to 100 sqm with a turnkey finish option. The windows of all the apartments will overlook the sea and have their own terraces. Underground parking is to be provided. The buildings located adjacent to the beach will be connected by an underground passageway and green courtyards.

The resort will also offer saunas, swimming pools, a gym, restaurants, bars, small boutiques and the La Perla spa salon. Managed condo apartments will be available, the operator of which will also provide physiotherapeutic and medical-related services. On one of the buildings there will be a roof-top swimming pool with a view onto the sea.

“Coastal towns have to contend with the problem of seasonality – so wanted to provide an attractive offer for the entire year, regardless of the weather,” explains Fenixco representative Anna Jabłońska.

The Chapman Taylor studio is responsible for the design of Pinea, while Paweł Grobelny has been commissioned to design the green courtyards and Polish-Belgian studio ELD is responsible for the interior design. Strabag is the general contractor. The first building should be completed in summer 2021, with the entire complex expected to be ready in Q2 2022.
