Silver Forum has a leasable area of more than 15,000 sqm

POLAND Construction chemicals producer and distributor Selena has extended its lease agreement for its premises in the Silver Forum building in Wrocław while also increasing its office space to almost 3,250 sqm, making it the largest tenant in the building.

The building, in the immediate area of pl. Strzegomskiego close to the city's Old Town, comprises more than 15,000 sqm. It is owned by Kensington Silver Forum, managed Multi Poland and its sole agent is Cushman & Wakefield.

Selena FM is one of the four largest producers of assembly foams for the construction sector in the world. Its products are sold to more than 70 countries. The group consists of 30 companies in 16 countries and has production plants in Poland, Brazil, South Korea, China, Romania, Turkey, Spain and Kazakhstan. Selena FM has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since April 2008.
