Rondo 1 getting better and better
Rondo 1 comprises two buildings with 67,000 sqm gla
POLAND The Rondo 1 office building in Warsaw has been recertified with LEED ‘Platinum’.

Once again the office building, which is managed by Cushman & Wakefield, has improved on its rating having scored 85 more points than the previous time it was reassessed. The certification was carried out by JW+A.

“Achieving a LEED recertification with a rating of ‘Platinum’ shows that Rondo 1 is not only one of the most iconic office buildings in Warsaw, but also one of the greenest. It meets the global standards developed by the US Green Building Council (USGBC), provides a workplace that supports a balanced and healthy lifestyle, and is environmentally friendly,” says Grzegorz Dyląg, the head of asset services business space, at Cushman & Wakefield.

The office complex consists of two buildings: a 40-floor tower on al. Jana Pawła II and a ten-floor building on ul. Świętokrzyska. It was built in 2006 and comprises 67,000 sqm of office space.
