Ana Dumitrache is the country manager of CTP in Romania
ROMANIA CTP has purchased Equest Logistic Park near Bucharest for around EUR 30 mln from Forum Serdika.

Three logistics buildings stand on 11 ha with a total area of 57,000 sqm. The tenants include Garrett, Elmec Group, Hilti and BDG Group.

“The acquisition will enable CTP to access a new range of tenants that prove strong opportunities to grow their operations in Romania,” stated Ana Dumitrache, CTP Romania’s Country Manager.

CTP was advised by The Law Chamber, NNDKP and Mazars Romania. The seller was advised by Reff & Associates. Cushman & Wakefield Echinox brokered the deal.
