The price of the Warsaw building has not been disclosed

POLAND CPI Property Group has bought the Moniuszki 1A office building in Warsaw.

The building has 10,000 sqm across 18 floors, and was fully refurbished in 2015. The tenants include the Polish Ministry of Finance and the Copernicus Centre of Science. The property was acquired from Catalyst Capital. The price has not been disclosed.

“This acquisition is a small but important example of CPIPG’s commitment to increasing our exposure to high-quality offices, which already represent the largest segment of our portfolio,” said Tomas Salajka, head of acquisitions and asset management for CPIPG.

CPI PG announced last year that it would spend over EUR 800 mln on buying office properties in Warsaw.
