POLAND Colliers International in Poland is expanding its property management, retail and office departments with the addition of legal advisory services.

For the retail, office and property management segments, Colliers will now offer legal advisory, including full transactional advisory, drawing up, amending and negotiating agreements, counselling for such varieties of projects as development and construction projects and legal project management.

“We have the advantage of not only being able to employ our legal team’s knowledge but also of having direct cooperation between each of Colliers’ business service lines. Thus we are not just lawyers but our clients’ partners, and able to take a holistic and comprehensive approach to their projects. Our team can respond quickly and efficiently to assist clients in achieving a quick solution that allows them to focus on their business objectives rather than on temporary legal issues," insists Małgorzata Jankowska-Blank, a lawyer and director of the legal department at Colliers International.

The introduction of legal advisory to create an all-in-one service is aimed at providing clients with a streamlined process that optimises their legal costs, Colliers claims.

“Due to the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, the needs of our clients have evolved. Understanding their difficult situation, we have extended our advisory offer to legal advice fully integrated with Colliers’ business services. With the best experts in the commercial real estate industry, we can combine theory and practice to prepare individual strategies tailored to the specific needs of each client,” explains Monika Rajska-Wolińska, the managing partner of Colliers International in Poland.
