POLAND More than half of the Atrium Felicity shopping centre, which is being developed on al. Wincentego Witosa and ul. Antoniny Grygowej in Lublin, has now been leased.
The largest lease is with a grocery anchor (the name of which has not been disclosed) for 19,700 sqm. A number of other fashion brands have also leased stores, including Zara (2,000 sqm), H&M (1,700 sqm), Reserved (1,200 sqm), New Yorker, Cubus, Bershka, Pull & Bear, Massimo Dutti, Stradivarius, Cropp, House, Mohito, Tally Weijl and Oysho. The mall is also to include a Pure fitness club (2,300 sqm), a Smyk Megastore (2,100 sqm), Intersport, CCC, Rossmann, Zara Home, Home & You, Sephora, Super-Pharm, Adidas, Nike, Prima Moda, Bytom, Ryłko, Kari, Krakowski Kredens, KFC, Ochnik and Paris Optique. The total retail area of the centre is to come to app. 75,000 sqm. Construction work started in August, with its completion planned for 2014.
